"Yes Esoli and I live here together, as leaders, though we don't have members, this land is ours. Only we would be crazy enough to live here."

Garrett looked over at him again, he wondered why these wolves would try and make a home in a common fire territory. His dark golden ears flicked as he heard a howl rumble through the territory. In which, Heath was quick to reply. It seemed that there was another lone and one that was wanting to join the pack by the ~~looks~~, sounds of it.

His pale blue eyes were quick to spot the wolf, a female. Of browns, blacks and a tad of white. His ears were perked and ready. He, even though not knowing Heath was ready to stick up for him if this female was going to cause any trouble. It seemed her name was Moon Runner, and she seemed quite keen on joining the pack. Garrett looked her over then, rolling his eyes to the side, he sat, waiting patiently, still waiting to be taken to the water hole.

The flamy female smiled at her companion. Though when Esoli said that fire was often in the area it made her wonder why it was they stayed. It seemed like such a strange thing to do. If there was hardly any green around, the prey animals wouldn't be around and so what would there be to eat?

A howl caused her dark ears to perk listening intently as her eyes stared slightly upward to the sky. It was not long before a reply howl came from closer nearby, allowing whoever it was to enter.

Enat's attention was suddenly drawn out of the clouds back to her present surroundings. Her mouth opened to speak but nothing came out. It wasn't everyday a wolf was asked to join a pack so suddenly. Scrambling for something to say, she muttered, "Um, well um, sure... if you want to have me."

Heath was about to explain why he at least lived here, it was safe here, in a way, not many others would come here, and most definately not his family, in a normal situation he would never be caught dead in this place, so he had come here. Where they would never look.

But before he could explain in simple terms why, another showed up, asking to join the pack. Who was he to refuse, more wolves meant bigger prey to bring down, he and Esoli could only do so much.

"Well I see no reason to deny you. What did you say your name was? And will you walk with us as I take this wolf to water." He said to the new female. He began walking again towards the water, finally coming to it's edge. The edge of the water itself was murky with ash but the middle was safe to drink. "Go for it." He said to Garrett.

Garrett looked at the female, and back to Heath, he looked as if he was about to reply to Garrett's words. But was interrupted by the female so he hadnt gotten anywhere. Garrett gave a small sigh again. As Heath talked to the female who seemed quite eager on joining the pack. Garrett thought it a little strange.

But it was a few uttered words from Heath and then he had proceeded to the water again. Garrett smiled at the murky liquid he launched his head forth into the water, and lapped a whole heap of it up causing slight indigestion on the male, though he wasn't worrying too much. He turned to Heath. "Thanks Heath" he barked rather happily, his tail giving a small wag.

Next he walked into the water, and laid down only to roll around in it, And then revealed his golden, blonde ear tips, soon followed by the same coloured skull and muzzle. The ash washed out of his pelt, and a he gave a shake. 'ahh much better' he thought with a smile. He didn't bother shaking the water from his pelt, liking the cool feel it had against his warm skin. He stepped out of the pond, his paws were covered lightly in ash, but the rest of him remained a gleaming golden glow.

Moon smiled and followed the brute to the water. "My name is Moon Runner." she replied. She looked at the golden brute who was called Garrett and then back at Heath. Her multi-coloured pelt rippled as she moved forward and bent her head to lap at the water.
